Hey BP family! First time, unique deal. I'm looking at purchasing 2 single family properties located on 1 parcel of land as a multifamily/duplex in Ohio. Lower-middle area and collects about $1400/month total. Any quick insight is greatly appreciated! Questions: 1.) Do these type of properties rent well? 2.) Creative Financing options? 3.) Things to know/look out for if you're in my shoes? 4.) Is property management needed for this type of scenario? Thank you in advance for your feedback;)
