@Ryan Lockstein how do you find the owner occupied buyers? Aren't those buyers usually FHA loan buyers? I've read that buyers with FHA loans are usually hard to wholetail too. I'm just trying to get a better understanding of wholetailing.

Hello,

I'm currently trying to run comps on a property and I'm running into a little bit of an issue. The year built of the subject property is 1927 and I cannot find any properties within a mile radius that have been sold with a year built that is close to the subject property. The majority of the comps that come up within a mile radius are 20+ years older, some are even 10-20 years younger than the subject property.

Has anyone ever ran into a situation like this? Any advice?

@Bill Gulley  @Rob Rice - looks like I need to get to it with networking and researching my area :). I feel like I'm making this harder than it actually is.
