I am a newbie investor in LA and I am as green as the emerald amazon. 'Would like to meet investors in the LA area.  I am available to assist pros and other newbies as I learn the ropes. My main focus is Multifamily and SFRs but I will do any RE job that helps me learn.  Cheers!
