@Michael Plante i am pre approved  and the offers i put in are pretty high its just in looking in NJ and the houses are flying off the market the same day so even if I come with a high offer it could still be to late

@Lynnette E. Some times I just wanna put in the offer with the agent listing it cuz a lot of these houses i found my self but at the same time she did spend time on helping me  so its tuff 

@Theresa Harris so I'm actually not lowballing the offers I'm usually coming in above asking cuz im just trying to get something to lock in these low interest rates so it just even out and the blank contract is a good idea and I'm not really mad at her I just came on here for more experienced investors

@George W. I hear what ur saying but at the same time I have hade a couple of property I wanted to put a offer on the same day it got listed and they told me they expected an offer 

@Russell Brazil @Deanay Morris it takes her a couple of hours which I'm just not shore if that not good for a realtor she keeps telling me that im not her only client which I understand but at the same time I want to be the first one putting in a offer right when it comes on the market so I'm just not shore if I'm being unrealistic cuz at fisr she responded pretty quick but then it started taking longer to get a response
