Is Now a good time to buy my first property or is it worth it to wait till the housing moratorium is up,cuz right now people are offering high prices on propertys i just don't want to be the person on the said wating for the right time and it never comes cuz prices just keep going up.

Hey bp so I'm thinking of getting into Wholesaling and im trying to figure out how to wright up a purchase and sail agreement, should I get a  Lawyer to write one up for me for the 1st time and use the same one or is there places I can go online that show me how to  Write one up?

@James Wise in s normal market i would be fine with that but the way stuff are now a couple on hours can cost me a deal so its tuff

@Erika Ewers I'm not shore where u live but the way the market is in NJ houses are under contract the same day I've hade it happen a  Couple of times

@Pierre M Eade I understand that but at the same time its tuff for me not to get mad cuz when it takes her time to get back to me and by then a offer has been excepted it makes it frustrating

@Cody L. But thats not the case here most of the time I just have the listing agent show me the property and when I put an offer in I don't low ball the offers so she knows that im actually trying to clos on something asap

@Dennis Pressey Jr i hear but I'm just starting still haven't hade one deal so I can't  Hire an agent the reason I'm abe to give a offer so quick is cuz I've done the number on propertys in that eary like 100 times
