Yeah I heard about Oliver back then.. Still very happy to have avoided getting involved with their mess of companies. Very few success stories from what I've seen.

@David Troust. Aren’t TKPP and Reveal Prop Management related?

Still glad I walked away.

@Joseph Le excellent and congratulations. Thanks for sharing and I am happy to hear it is working out for you well with them. And you’re dead right that while many of us are looking for “passive” investments there really is no thing such as totally hands off. We all need to mange the process and our managers because in the end it’s our investment. Enjoy the ride..

@Joseph Le not really. I walked away from the deals I was shown as well as the companies involved. Didn’t smell right to me and while the proposed returns looked good the lack of details available about the company and principals became a deal breaker for me. You getting involved there??

@Nick Cremonti I opted to pass on working with them for now. Once I get that feeling I feel it’s best to just move on. Good luck!

I work for a turnkey company in Kansas City, MO. (www.turnkey-pg.com) We specialize in providing outside investors with cash flow generating rental properties. The turnkey method is perfect for people that see the benefits of investing in real estate but do not live in the right market.  I think it is key to use leverage while diversifying your investment portfolio.

We sell our properties based on a rent/value ratio, not the current market. We do see appreciation in our past clients property values!  Please let me know if you would like to learn more about our passive approach to investing in rental properties. Thank you

Would love to know more about your offerings and process..
