What data do you have on these people?

The best way to handle this in the future is to have a central line of communication between PM's and Tenants. This way the information is clearly defined.

1. When the issue was submitted to the PM.

2. if the line of communication is centralized there is no (I didn't get the message, blah blah excuse)

3. What the PM told the tenant at submission of the issue.

Sorry for your loss, I would recommend spending a few months researching and talking to people before making any type of financial commitment.

What about Email  or maybe ringless voicemail

These are some of the box ideas.  Chris Miller

  1. Find a local beauty school and mention that you have a salon for sale to the owner. It is unlikely someone there would be starting a salon but it is possible they are networked with someone who could be interested. Y
  2. You could also turn online to some beauty related website and see if they have an ad section where people post businesses for sale.
