Property Manager Drops the ball, advice??

Hey BP,

So in a bit of a situation, if anyone has advice, that would be great.

Tenant reports a leak under the sink, PM doesn't send someone out until 2 weeks later. (I wasn't aware of how long it took until I bi-passed PM company and spoke to tenant myself but I was told it was taken care of by the PM of course)

Now I have Servpro handing me a $1400 dollar bill to fix water damage and possible mold. Can this be a claim on the PM company now?
