Hi,

I am looking into buying a multi family unit home in the Cleveland area. Can anyone tell me more about the market there? Did anyone buy a home from a turnkey investment place and has them now manage it? Anything I should worry about with investing in Cleveland? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

I am new to real estate investing. I never bought any properties. I am looking into a turnkey inestment place where I can buy the property and they will manage it for me. How do you know if they are legit company? How do you know that they are not trying to Scam you?

Hi everyone,

I have never invested in real estate before. My wife and I decided that we want to invest some of our savings in real estate. We would like suggestions from people what they recommend to start with. We have aprx. $65K to invest. Do we do tax liens? deeds? multifamily? flipping? etc and where?

We have a friend who bought a 4 plex and is making money renting it out. He has a person manage it which I like. Problem is in that area there are not much 4 plexes that make sense to buy.
