Tennant screening is the most important aspect of property investment. we put alot of efforts into the procces. Our recommendation:

1. credit report

2. evictions report

3. criminal record

4. income verification

5. work manager verification

6. land lord verification

7. Home visit (must)

8. years of former residence (3+)

9. At list 2 providers on the lease

10. former knowledge about applicant (from broker or people you know)

We believe that if you make 8 out of this 10 requirement you will find what you are looking for,

We give tenant transition services But we work in NYC area.
