Hi all.

I just starrted to nanage a building in the bronx ny.

Need a recomendation for a super to take out the garbage 3 times a week.

Ill be gappy to get a direction .

I know there are companies thats doing that but i couldnt find one.

Hi there.

There are many services you can outsource today with management companies.

I know some that can do 95% of your management work with half the price.

Today technology allows great variety of management services and some PM allready sell a proffessional call center as well scheduling and alerts on every aspect needed.

hi we offer 24.7 vpm services collecting and managing all calls.

After hour cals are emergency calls and we take care of them according to the situation and probabilty to get worst..

Our clients do not pick up any calls . Ee report by email and schedule with contractors.

We are using buildium its a great softwhere but its not for free.

The news is that you can get it together with our in person support which actualy makes you a hands free manager.

Our call center collect all your property related calls and msnge them to actual work order.

Same for ledgers and collection calls.

This will save you at list 50% of hiring a full time pm company.

bronx is comming up.
