Hi! I have a Duplex in Phoenix (unique property that's 2, separate SFR's on a single lot) that I am looking to hire a property manager for. Rents are currently $750 each and I'm looking to pay under 10% each. I realize it's only 2 units and 10% seems pretty standard out here but at that number I'm willing to self-manage. Hi Everyone! I am a new investor and looking for potential properties in my own backyard. I currently live in Tempe, Arizona but am open to looking in the surrounding areas based on value of the deal. Other areas of interest include: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Glendale and more. I am only interested in buy and hold, preferable small (2-4) multi-unit / multi-family opportunities. Not at all interested in flips at this point in my RE career. I have a full time job that keeps me VERY busy and I'm looking for an agent(s) that are knowledgeable about investment properties and can provide me with realistic recommendations and not just the highest priced options because I can find those on my own.
