Looking for a PM in Phoenix
Hi!
I have a Duplex in Phoenix (unique property that's 2, separate SFR's on a single lot) that I am looking to hire a property manager for. Rents are currently $750 each and I'm looking to pay under 10% each. I realize it's only 2 units and 10% seems pretty standard out here but at that number I'm willing to self-manage.
If you have any interest in picking up another 2 units, please contact me! I figure this would be the place to try!
