Hey everyone,

What are some investor friendly title companies in Birmingham? Looking for one closer to downtown or north birmingham.

 Wanted a 2nd opinion about a property i was looking to wholesale. i think it needs to be demo'd.

awesome. i assumed i need one specific for my market which is birmingham alabama. My boots on the ground there just sent me some pics and vids of a property. Its bad and I feel like its better to demo it but wanted a second opinion.
