 Hello River, thanks for the reply, my client uses Easy Street for quite a few loans I’ve noticed, you guys must be pretty good, he’s “Frugile”. Right now I’m learning more about purchasing or securing properties for out of state clients that wish to flip them. Then they use Proscopes Services to get it scoped, rehabbed with a project manager if needed and sold with one of our affiliated realtors with a discounted rate. My idea client contacted me last week, he lives in Detroit and wanted to flip a house in Atl. Luckily, the company I serve as boots on the ground for, 360 Home #@&”’s had a house he bought and is handing over to Proscope to get the most from his investment. 

  I’m trying to connect with more sources for distressed properties to offer clients for investment opportunities as I start to educate myself more so I can provide this service. I believe I perform a similar service for 360 Home Offers, I'm their boots on the ground in GA and handle everything from initial photos of project, scope of work on project, with their spec sheet that I created, project management of the job with trades and vendors to reccomend for the job that I have personally used. I've even have a few agents in the area I work closely with to sell the finished product. 

I have just recently started www.proscopeatl.com after saying farewell to my corporate job as a Project Manager in the SFR industry for the last 12 years. I've written over 1000 scopes and overseen even more re-habs, turns, flips and re-models. I'm not bragging and by no means think I know it all, I do know how to scope houses, manage projects and get jobs done on time.
