New to the platform, loving it and meeting great people along the way. I'm looking for contacts in my area, Atlanta, to swap some knowledge. Looking for someone to show me the process in this industry, find a project, secure the project, secure the funds, time lines for project completion variables, time line to unload project, basically how it works or, how you work it. I've spoken with several lenders and agents over the last month and have locked in some contacts. I'm a hands on guy and would like to shadow the process. My offer, whatever it is I can help you with on the actual flipping process, writing a scope, avoiding CO's, measuring correctly for waste, managing a project, negotiating trade cost, and a network of vendors for projects to boot. Knowledge is power, I want to be powerful.
