I’m looking at out of state investing in Oklahoma, I’m wondering about Lawton, Ponca City, Tulsa and maybe OKC. Other towns/cities considered. Who can give me ideas? Where would be good? I live in Colorado.

@Zachary Spade. Hi Zach, I built my stuff and learned a ton of stuff about landlording from the book called “Landlording” by Leigh Robinson. It’s a fantastic easy to read book, with all the the forms and guidance you’ll need to get going. The book has 12 editions that I know of. The author passed away fairly recently. I met him- neat fellow. Check Amazon and/or eBay.
