deals are probably easier to find but are buyers harder to find as well?

I have no idea what kind of questions to ask

Or do I need to deal with the seller directly

Especially if I found a buyer looking for a particular house

What do you use to automate your craigslist postings?

Also, do you have different messages or post in different categories to target sellers and buyers separately? 

If I place ads on Craigslist and Backpages everyday, assuming it is written well and I make posts consistently everyday, how often could I expect a response.

Willing to converse online or over the phone with people in any state.

I'm looking for someone to work with me closely and tell me step-by-step what to do in order to generate leads and find buyers and sellers online or on the street.

If possible, i'd like to work as your marketer to do your lead generation and marketing for you in order to get some hands on experience.

I know it's not that hard and I should just go out and find them, but regardless I would live for someone to just help me to get some momentum and get started and possibly help me draw up a step-by-step daily routine for marketing and lead generation (and also partly to get past any mental barriers)

I'd ask him but im kinda embarrasses. everytime he does it i miss the part where he types the keywords in. I feel like I'm starting to annoy him lol

im looking for an ad that goes like this:

"Im looking for a house 3br in *location*. let me know if you have anything in that area"

My mentor finds these ads easily  somehow
