Willing to converse online or over the phone with people in any state.

I'm looking for someone to work with me closely and tell me step-by-step what to do in order to generate leads and find buyers and sellers online or on the street.

If possible, i'd like to work as your marketer to do your lead generation and marketing for you in order to get some hands on experience.

I know it's not that hard and I should just go out and find them, but regardless I would live for someone to just help me to get some momentum and get started and possibly help me draw up a step-by-step daily routine for marketing and lead generation (and also partly to get past any mental barriers)
