While conducting research for the ABQ  C/B-  multifamily market I have found that most of the units are outdated. (Old Tile Flooring, Outdated Wooden Cabinets, Old White Appliances, Outdated Bathrooms, etc)

I see a potential rent increase of $100-150 in certain pocket areas. From experience what upgrades get the most ROI? I have yet to find to find a model/pattern.

What finishes do working class locals like to see?  (Flooring, Refinished Cabinets, Bathroom, Exterior Upgrades, Appliance)

@Tyler Mace what is your opinoun of the East Gateway Submarket near Sandia National Labratory.

I work for the Fire Department in a warzone so I am not really turned off by these area, but I know they can vary city to city. 

Can you please expand on the Lovelace Submarket "Warzone". A locals explanation would we great!
