Hi Alex.  I was also really close to buying the Essentials Package.  I'm learning a lot by listening to BP podcast and watching their Webinars.  I believe I can be successful without buying the package.  I am new to RE investing and also from Lakewood, WA.  If you like, we could meet for coffee someday.

Hello Everyone. I just want to re-introduce myself. I am in Lakewood, WA. I joined BiggerPockets back in 2014. I just couldn't commit to becoming an investor back then. I now have more will and commitment to becoming a successful investor. I would like to focus on the flipping side of the business. I have been reading BiggerPockets books and listening to podcasts. It has been helpful and full of information. I have started to surround myself with a good team and will be getting an LLC this week. I am excited. Looking for other investors in the Pierce County area i can network with and can answer some questions that i may have. Can't wait to get started with my first project.

Hello. My name is Danny Guzman. I am new and really excited to be a Real Estate Investor. I've been wanting to do this for the last 3 years but really didn't commit to it. I have just been doing my homework and trying to learn the business. I've decided to go for it. I currently own and operate a Property Preservation company. I provide services such as lock changes, winterizations, yard care, and eviction services. As I go through all these vacant homes, I often think about flipping the home. So I just decided to go for it. I would like to meet and introduce myself to other investors in my area and just talk shop. I look forward to hearing from you.
