Re-Introduction from Lakewood, WA

Hello Everyone. I just want to re-introduce myself. I am in Lakewood, WA. I joined BiggerPockets back in 2014. I just couldn't commit to becoming an investor back then. I now have more will and commitment to becoming a successful investor. I would like to focus on the flipping side of the business. I have been reading BiggerPockets books and listening to podcasts. It has been helpful and full of information. I have started to surround myself with a good team and will be getting an LLC this week. I am excited. Looking for other investors in the Pierce County area i can network with and can answer some questions that i may have. Can't wait to get started with my first project.
