Anyone willing to share a source for off market land deals?

I also, think that a good deal for the buyer is a good deal for the buyer, period.  Not the buyer's business what the wholesaler negotiates and earns.  The buyer shouldn't care.  

To my knowledge 2nd, non primary homes require at least 20%

A tradesman, electrical, plumbing, etc. .

Well do they have anything in writing saying it IS NOT ok? If something is against policy I think it has to be in writing.
