Vacation home loan advice

Posted

Hey everyone, this might be a dumb question but I was curious if it was possible to obtain more than one vacation home loan and what the specific requirements would be to qualify for the min 5% down payment option or if it is just at the lenders discretion. Any insight is appreciated,  Thank you guys in advance!

Hey @Anthony Annunziata!  I don't know where your vacation home is but we bought two STRs in Florida with All In Credit Union using a 0% down investment loan.  Its a 10 year balloon with a 30 year amortization.  Try reaching out to them to see if they are still doing that program.
