Thanks for sharing, TN Apprentice. You made your point perfectly clear the first time! I think I can speak for everyone that the only thing we are all concerned about presently is getting our investments back.

I urge those of you who learn new (pertinent) information to please share it with the rest of us. In fact, maybe we should consciously limit our phone calls to Atlanta to give Pinnacle a chance to catch up and get back on their feet. It's probably tough for them to get anything done when there are hundreds of panicky phone calls each day to return.

TN Apprentice,

Your earlier posts were helpful, but try to keep some decorum here. I'm probably going to sound like a broken record but the fact of the matter is that there is not ONE solitary complaint that I can find (& I've looked) from a Pinnacle investor directed towards the company. To date, Pinnacle has ALWAYS acted with the highest integrity and has always kept their word and we investors (though rightfully nervous) are hopeful that this whole thing turns out allright for everyone.

I just spoke with their outstanding public relations director today and got a small misunderstanding straightened out. I was impressed with her degree of professionalism and obvious commitment to each and every investor. In fact, each representative I've dealt with in several different departments should be commended for their diligence in taking care of business under trying circumstances.

There has been some private messaging going on between investors and believe it or not those who have been to Atlanta and who have been with Pinnacle the longest are wanting in on their new program if the transition is a seemless one. Like me, these are sophisticated investors who believe they know a scam when they see one and they don't see one here. I believe Pinnacle will be vindicated and will survive.

You are entitled to your opinion but please refrain from inflamatory judgement of programs you are not familiar with. I would like to keep this forum as a place where CONSTRUCTIVE information can be shared by investors and non-investors alike. With almost a thousand views a day it appears as though many people are relying on this thread to keep them abreast of the latest updates. As an earlier investor suggested, let's refrain from speculation and concentrate on the facts.

After waiting four days for a return call I was contacted today by the head of the bookkeeping department as well as Pinnacle's spokesperson.

They appeared professional, well-intentioned and eager to resolve a mix-up with my account. I'm trying to keep the faith that they will do right by me. Ill keep you posted.

Seems like more people will end up getting their money back if Pinnacle foregoes the 25% return at this point and just sends us back our principal.

Joshua,

As one of the Pinncle investors I want to thank you for leaving this Forum open to the public. Daily updates are helpful at a time like this! From 10,000 hits it appears as though a LOT of people are following this company.

Call me naive but everyone I've ever dealt with there strikes me as above the board. They seem to be trying their best to answer everybody's questions and act in good faith.

Just today I received a Fed Ex letter from them on schedule detailing my account.

We'll just have to wait & see how this all plays out.

Some paranoid moderator over at The Creative Investor website keeps locking the forums on Pinnacle. He believes everyone posting (both positive & negative) on them is a "plant"!!

Does anyone know of any other forums currently discussing this company? I'm trying to do my due diligence as best I can. Thanks.

You're probably right, MTH. BTW, why exactly did your attorney recommend forming an LLC? How much did he/she invest?

I started this thread because I figured if anyone got burnt by Pinnacle they'd Google their way to this Forum lickety split. I received my first return last week. Like you I plan on pulling out my original investment after 8 months. Lately I have this increasing urge to plop down 100K as it appears as though everybody is getting paid on time currently. In the partnership agreement I received I would say that most investors were in the $10,000 range which makes me hesitant to up the ante so much. On the other hand, I think we can all agree that as time goes by the risk probably becomes greater so maybe it makes sense to start high early. One fellow I called from their reference list said he invested the full $250,000 limit with no problems.

One of the advisors told me they currently have over 800 investors... I wish I had the time to fly down there and see for myself what's going on.

Have any of you done that? What did you learn?

Can anyone venture a guess why Pinnacle would run expensive ads in Newsweek looking for tons of small investors @ $5000 a pop? At a 150% annual return, wouldn't the big boys on Wall Street be knocking themselves over for a killer passive investment like this one? I just don't get it. 800 small investors equals a LOT of logistics/paperwork...

Hi Wesley,
PLANO...LUCK OUT!! I'm doing an exchange soon and will most likely upleg into a $2Mil apt bld somewhere in the Metroplex.

Any suggestions??

Thanks!

Hi,
Does anybody know anything about Pinnacle Development Partners, LLC? I saw their ad in Newsweek and the return they promise investors for buying Atlanta foreclosures sounds too good to be true.
Thanks!
