@Anson Young i currently submitted offer for client, and trying contact listing Agent for question, he doesn't have any patient not want to talk or communicate. It's normal?

@Peter Sik MOBILE is the second largest population city in Alabama now after Birmingham. The data from Alabama state treval survey. The industry is growing fast and delta, Canadian air bus is building an assumble line in 2018.

@James Jacobs Toyota and mazeda just signed the contract with North Alabama land to build and share a plant to make their cars. They signed on April 2018.

@Frank Wolter You suppose to put a limited time with your offer, except it's a backup offer. 1. As listing Agent, helps seller net the top dollar in their pocket is the best agent if you are seller you will agree. 2. Time restrictions is always nessesarry to put in offer.

@Ted Davis In houston, 500k sounds like you are target a better than Average market, are you suppose to make better than average flooring? Hardwood floor is common in a 200k house in Alabama, I believe you should have invest more. It will pay off.

@Matthew John As an F1 international student 5 years ago, F1 don't get ssn unless you have a job on campus (Off campus job are not allowed legally), when you get the job on Campas, you will have SSN for you to get paycheck and paying tax. If I am not student, I have to have working permit, either holding green card or other type of visa that has working permit, still I can't imagine someone has no ssn to get paid legally in anywhere in USA. I have green card so it comes with working permit, that's after I graduate and have a job basis.
