Does anyone have any experience investing in condos? Do you think it is a good way to start out small in REI? Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated!

While I am in the process of getting my RE license in IL, is there any opportunity or ways to obtain a part-time work position within RE that can help me “learn the ropes” and gain hands on experience?

Thats good to know! I’ll look into that. What do you recommend is best for a novice landlord? Start small with a duplex, condo?

Thank you Peter! Thats what I was thinking but wanted to see if that is a good strategy to start with. I appreciate you outlining and explaining the process our for me. I would just have to run the numbers and also do research on the HOA.
