In Little Rock or Pulaski County?

I will give you an update when I get more info. It would help to clean up vacancies and make city safer. I'm in contact with Tiny Houses. They have looked for expansion opps.

Damon, I saw that you live in Sherwood so I clicked on you to learn a little more.  I see you retired from the military.

Are you aware of any housing programs in Little Rock/North Little Rock to provide Temporary/Permanent adaptive housing for vets?  I'd live to renovate homes in the inner city in a localized area to form a community.  

This program is in Kansas.

I almost said I have no idea of where that is. Then I thought ... Google it! Wow! 28 minutes from Little Rock. I live in Fontana, CA. When it's same to travel I will be going home. I will look into Cabot area. 

This is my first flip. It doesn't need a lot of work. I hope we can get it done and sold by the end of October.

If your property is still available then, I'd love for my niece and her husband to go look at it.
