@Wade McMaster If there are multiple buildings in the development, I'd ry to search for each building number.

@John Spina jr My fiancee at the time and I were in a similar situation a few years back: a lot of credit debt and not enough savings to buy us anything. We first paid off all of or cards and pretty much stopped using them altogether. This helped us a lot in saving for a down payment. You gotta get out of the high interests those cards are charging you.

Check out Robert Kiyosaki 's system to pay down your debt.
I hope this helps and good luck!

@Chad Vergason Welcome to BP!
Sounds like you should read The book on investing in real estate with no (and low) money down by @Brandon Turner
He gives some excellent advice there on creative financing.
Good luck!

@John Spina jr Sounds like a bug. Here are the directions on how to report them.

@Wade McMaster I use arivify. With the bigger property like that you'll probably discover that the owner is some entity. You'd then have to keep digging down to find the actual individuals behind the entity.

@Mark Davis Welcome to BP!
I think the best (and free) way to get involved would be to go to a local REI meetup and connect with fellow investors. You might be able to offer what some of the investors do not have: time. You can drive for dollars, cold call owners, whatever the investors could use some help with in their business in exchange for being able to learn from them.

@Robert Christiansen If you are planning on living in the triplex as your primary residence, I do not think there is such a thing as using other people's money for downpayment. The only people that can help you with that are your family. I'd consult with your lender for the specifics of how the funds should be transferred from your family to you.

@Jason Ridout I completely agree with you. Most people buy one-three houses over their whole lives, so those are definitely not the folks you want to learn from. Excellent advice!
