Hello BP community,

I am under contract in Euclid, OH and need to address POS violations. Is there any PM that can give an estimate for the rehab and manage this property once all is set and done? Thank you.

 That happened with me too, here's what i did: I did a special move in promo and reduced the deposit a bit. Then asked my PM to take new pictures because the ones we had were blurred or didn't show how spacious the rooms were.

Finally,  I announced the property on Facebook, got a lot of interest there. Good luck.

Fellow OH investors,

I have a rental property in Lorain county and just received a letter about the lead safe program and that as a landlord they need to conduct an inspection and make the home lead safe. I was under the impression that this regulation only applied to Cleveland homes. Do you know what's going on?
