Hello,

I am wondering if Turnkey companies offer seller financing?

The other ways I think one could purchase from a turnkey company would be cash, borrowing from a private lender/hard lender or with a mortgage.

Is there any other ways one could purchase a property from a turnkey company?

Thank you very much.

@Joel F.

Thanks for chipping in. I appreciate your feedbacks.

Great to know that there are other possibilities that are achievable.

Question for you: do you find your roi being higher in DR or state side?

Hello,

I might be over my head. But living in Canada, I found that investing in Real Estate does not have the same ROI as in the states and has a few things against it (high price for properties, the law being tenants friendly, and others).

As I was brainstorming other ways to buy a property, my first instinct was to focus on the US. But then I wondered if I can go in the US, what would it be in Latin America where properties could be even more affordable? Might not do it for my first property but something to keep my eyes on if it is viable.

Thus, the reason why I am asking on this forum. Would anyone have some experience with it?

Hello,

When a property is sold, who pay the taxes, the buyer or the seller?

@Cody Adams

my research on wholesaling in Canada has not been too positive. You could but it seems limited.

There are several ways to invest in real estate so i am looking at those.

But indeed wholesaling is often recommended as a way to start. or you could try as well bird-dogging.

@Account Closed

with foreclosure in Canada, you will not have the kind of deep discount that they get in the USA. depending on the province the way the property is sold could be through a bid process in court, which at the end just inflate the price

@Myka Artis ... Any resource (book or audio) that you would recommend to learn more about timeshare?

@Myka Artis

You will have to excuse my newbiness :) how do you post a timeshare unit on Airbnb if you do not own the property. Hopefully, I am not forcing you to expose one of your best-kept secrets.
