Can turnkey companies offer seller financing?

Hello,

I am wondering if Turnkey companies offer seller financing? 

The other ways I think one could purchase from a turnkey company would be cash, borrowing from a private lender/hard lender or with a mortgage. 

Is there any other ways one could purchase a property from a turnkey company?

they can but it has not been necessary for many years.

HML is not a long term lender.

there are lenders that will lend to foreiengers rates are usually higher though
