Ummm from my understanding a court appointed reciever has taken over

So the investor who chases ROI in the areas that look easy.. When you need to evict in cook county and it takes 6 months and then tears the place apart. let me know what the ROI looks like.

Mack had a hearing today.  There is another hearing set for May 4. The judge implied that he will appoint someone to oversee the company.  Pm me if you need details.

The hearing for Mack was today, Sounds like there is another hearing scheduled for May 4 and the Judge implied a receiver maybe in order. if you are on the unsecured side of the table Pm me.
