Hi @David Mijares! i did try it actually. Its very hard for me to not try things even if they cost money if i think i will at least learn something. Overall i think the program teaches a lot. At the end of the day you need to take action and be responsible for your own success. You have to take the time to see the training videos, you have to take the time to listen to the coaching calls, you have to take the time to implement what you learn. There is no hand holding and no accountability. I didn't do any deals but thats my fault. I was working full time BUT i did learn a lot and implemented how to get off market deals so that was pretty valuable. 

A local bank or credit union may be able to help you. You also have a condo....that is a great way to get a line of credit "HELOC" its usually provides the lowest interest rate of any other type of loan. Just like a personal line of credit you only use what you need. Its a great way to use the equity from a property without having to pay the high taxes of a sale.
