@Max M  my address is North Pole, AK which is about 11 miles east of Fairbanks but I live about halfway between both  it is an interesting market here that is for sure. Like I said in a previous forum, the odds are good but the goods are odd. It just about sums up Alaska in general  :-)

I am thankful for BP because I feel like if all these people are successful, then I can be too. I have just started to scratch the surface of real estate investing and I'm glad there is a place where I can go for answers.

Good to see other Alaskans on this site. Sometimes it can feel like we are out of touch. :-)

@Jerry W. We used to live in Cheyenne back in the 90's and want to retire there.  It is first on my list on places to live other than Alaska.
