Hi, my name is Devra Norling and I am becoming addicted to real estate.

I am new to this whole situation but really want to be working for myself instead of someone else.  I am excited and nervous about getting into real estate investing and flipping foreclosures and other income property.  I live in North Pole, AK so my market is a little atypical to say the least. The saying for many things up here is "The odds are good, but the goods are odd".

@devra norling

North Pole, Alaska, wow. You have a pretty awesome saying up in the North Pole. Welcome to biggerpockets. If your local market isn't advantageous for investing you can always consider turnkey properties.
