Get a good local agent they will know the best ways to get more out of these builders.

In my local communities the things to ask for are: Closing cost coverage (you'll need to use their lender but you can get them all)

'extras'- garage door openers, appliances that they say aren't standard but always include when you ask. 

Lighting fixtures, some companies dont do them even as upgrades, but if they are offered as upgrades try to get them free. OR ask them to install (for free) lighting fixtures you buy and bring over.

Is it an inventory home or are you ordering one being built? If it's an inventory home how long has it been sitting? If it's currently under construction you can choose finishes etc. If it's inventory and sitting for over 30 days they'll be flexible on price.

Hello BP!

I am putting together an assemblage of single family RAW lots in Port of tampa- CHEAP.

This is one of the last raw land opportunities in Tampa that is also 'easy' to access and develop.

Final details are still being worked out and negotiated I wanted to bring this here early in the process to find the right developer/investor for the project. 

We are planning on these being about 40k/door for 6-13 lots (depending on how negotiations go with one of the larger parcels).
