No spell check on BP. If you're on a windows machine you can right click the word google chrome can give you spelling suggestions. Really helpful feature.

I am a big fan of audio books. Can listen to them while I work. 

I love this about Biggerpockets! You can find the most down to earth communication between members. This feels so local!

Andrew has an interesting idea, but recording someone without their consent is illegal in most US states as far as I am aware.

I second Optimus. Grew up with Transformers, I make this decision based solely on nostalgia. 

Start with the biggerpockets beginner's guide. Organize a meeting with a local expert for a little Q&A, take notes. 

I did some investing in Bermuda. Awesome, the prices down there were crazy cheap in certain rural areas. It was a little tough investing in another country. Not sure what the laws will be for investing in Puerto Rico as it's an unincorporated US territory.
