I will give Burt a call to see what available for me. Oh, speaking of renovation, I have a couple of leads on rehabbing projects, are you interested on partnering up or do you have a team in place?

I am in the processing of purchasing a property less than 100K.  This is a town home costing 55K...and I would not rather pay cash.  This unit will generate 1190 in rental income.  Anyone recommend any lenders that offer mico loans?  I'm also considering purchasing up to 4 additional units in this neighborhood.  Can we group them together as one loan?

Great info, what if the business partner wants to be responsible for the loan payment as well in addition to the down payment. Is he able to claim the mortgage interest, property tax, and insurance on his tax return?
