I guess I should have added a little more information that I would be looking for small multifamily (2-4 units) to buy and hold under the 250k range. I imagine most of the good deals are few and far between now around Dallas.

I am curious if anyone knows a good way of finding Multifamily properties in the Dallas area. I have searched the forums to see if anything recent has been said about them but most of the information was over a year old. As anyone in the Dallas market knows, things have been really heating up since the spring of this year and it is hard to find anything of good value. What people are having success with in Dallas to find MF properties other than things like zillow.com or realtor.com? Thanks ahead of time!

Great thread! Very interested to hear what the response rate on these is. @Dev Horn If you have a response rate, do you know of an area in DFW that responds more readily to door hangers?

Does anyone have any personal success with redbeacon.com? Would be nice to hear from some BPers about any experiences they may have had.
