Carson, I’m an investor and realtor in the Muncie area.  I’m actually from Muncie, and I have a couple of walkthroughs scheduled later this week.  317-618-2540 hit me up.  

I’ve been on bigger pockets for a while now, mostly passive actually.  Here recently I’ve really tried to become more active, and it’s paid off tremendously.  About a month or so ago.  I received an inbox from a investor in Cali who had a client interested in the Muncie/Anderson area!  We immediately got to work looking for properties, and I was able to find them a nice duplex close to Anderson University.  We closed on March 5th and we are set to start renovations next week!  Smooth transactions and good communication all the way!  Let’s connect!

@Joseph Firmin I've already started the LLC, but I don't have anything in it currently. Is it too late to do an operating agreement since the LLC is already established?

Just need a little feedback, I’m just starting out and needing to know is an operating agreement necessary or something I could wait to do later?  Also, where do I go to get on completed?! 

What sort of systems/automations did you have in place before deciding to quit your 9-5 to pursue your real estate investment business/career!

@Angel Ginnett Thank you! I’m thinking $600 per unit.  And the units are all 1-1 instead of 3-1.  Close to downtown.  Easy access to highways as well.
