BP world!

We just got word that an offer we placed on a house last week has been accepted. So far this is the third house we get offers accepted in the last 3-4 weeks. 2015 ended on a positive note and 2016 is off to an excellent start.

The first house has been cleaned-up and partially demoed and foundation work started this morning. The other two houses we close next week and jump right in for a quick turn around. Life is good and Bigger Pockets has been a blessing.

I was also working 8-5 M-F when I took the classroom course at Champions. I decided to take the classroom course because once I get home, my family demands a lot from me and I knew I wasn't going to be able to complete the online or book thing. It was easier for me to go to RE classes straight from my job and not sit in Houston traffic wasting valuable time.

Champions has a classroom program from 6:30pm-10:00pm (I don't recall very well the exact hours) and the only draw back is that it will take 3-4 weeks to complete. The positive is that if you have never been involved with RE the teachers are better at explaining some of the stuff and provide TONS of real life examples that help understand some of the most difficult topics. I really enjoyed listening to some of their stories and how they dealt with some common issues.

At this moment the area receiving the highest puertorrican population (by far) is the central Florida area. Orlando and Kissimmee are by far the most wanted areas for Puerto Ricans. More info here:

Other states seeing in influx of puertorricans (in no specific order) Pennsylvania, New Jersey, South Carolina, Georgia, Texas and California. If you Google it you can read a lot about the migration taking place.
