Hi there guys...hi everyone,

Does anybody knows an experience Attorney/Lawyer who doing Lease Options, Wholesaling Lease Options Assigning Lease Options aka Rent to Own in Western NY counties /area.

I have done a lot of direct mail marketing in this area and talk to a lot of sellers but I am rely not so confident to forward my assignment contracts /agreements kind of scared.

I am in need for an experience Lawyer, pay them money to check and look at my contracts so i can close the deals with this sellers.

Also I have done a lot of research and studies on Lease Options or Rent To Own and I would be happy to share the deals to someone who can help me out and walk me through to get my first deal.

Hi @Yousef Reda if your doing closing use a title company in that local states your buying the property. I was trying to find lawyer for entities not for closing a property.

@Cynthia Ganga you will learn a lot about real estate investing in this web site.

Can one LLC specifically for wholesaling be use in any states as long as it is registered in those states I am operating?

Hi everyone, in this wholesaling business do you guys get a real estate license first before diving into the market or just start marketing immediately, get deals and make money? Or it depends on the state you are marketing and wholesaling weather it needs a RE license or not?
