I went through John Jackson profile and i could not find any files. I am kinda looking for the right lease options contract for the state of Texas. As well as experience real estate Attorney/Lawyer if you have any recommendations you have worked with before. Please let me know.

Hi @Brian Gibbons and @John Jackson i am also looking for and in need of experience Real Estate Attorney/Lawyer in Texas and i am getting close to have my first deal ever, i kinda worry to screw the papers works that why i am looking for lawyer to check the papers before i send it.

Looking at all those forms not sure which one can be use for wholesaling SFR and is their is any legal form for assignment of contract in state of Texas?

Hi @Steve Haight, sorry for the late reply. I will still be investing down south even if Canadian dollar is so low. I am looking at SFH in Texas area just send out my first mailing list few days ago. I am still in a learning curve. Hope to connect and talk with you someday about US investing. Do you know someone who can set up cross border entities? Who do you use in setting it up? Hi Richard hope to chat with you one day about wholesaling. I am also newbie in this kind of business still in a learning curve. One of my questions in my mind is how to find the right company for funding if i choose a double escrow or double close? Anybody knows a good companies that can do transaction funding for closing in a title company? My area in trying to focus on right now is Texas but Im open to any states. Any comments is greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
