Hey BP investors. M since You have experience in Miami. What are your thoughts on Delray Beach as yearly or vacation rental properties. I've been visiting family their and thought it is an opportunity to get my feet wet I. Florida as well as NJ where u started. Thanks Dennis
Which is easier? 3 national banks said they won't do as an LLC DUE TO THE fact that it's a rental property. Question....,, Keep property u. My name and do a cash out refi to buy new property? Or transfer it into A new LLC THEN TRY TO GET THE CASH OUT?

So funny I m've been in sales for 20 years, I'm 40 yrs old and went to. US tax Liens seminar. Same thing, for people not easily fooled. It was a sales pitch from the start. Script, call credit card company to increase your credit, they never do mention If the c card company pulls ur credit Ns doesn't give u the increase in credit line u just hurt yourself. It was a waste of $500 and 3 days. Losing the weekend was more irritating the the $500.
