As long as you are holding title separately I think you'd be ok. By the way, that limit expanding to 10 is a huge boon!

Hey everyone!

My name's Andy, I live in Sacramento CA currently and fly for the USAF Reserves and also an airline.  I started investing in real estate in 2003, and now have over 9 rental properties.  I'm mostly interested in buy and hold (income) properties, but have done flips in the past when it was a 'no-brainer.'

I've been following this site for a while and have found it to be an amazing resource.  Excited to be a part, and hope to network often.
