Question about the new Fannie Mae Rules up to 10 properties

Hello

I heard that Fannie Mae now allows us to buy up to 10 properties (4 units and under)

I am married so does that mean I can get 10 and my husband can get 10?  For a total of 20!!

We live in Wisconsin by the way

@Jerry Padilla

Yes we have. Unfortunately they all were at terrific low rates of 3.125, 3.5, 3.85 and 4.5. Two of them were bought at personals and 2 were bought at investments. I just don't think it makes sense to refinance them since they are all investments now :( But I have thought about it "often" :)!
