Quote from @Bruce Woodruff:

In the future do not use $45 SF for rehab costs. I would expect in your area it's closer to $200 - $250 SF.....

How would someone search to know the $/sq ft. in a particular area?

Greetings BP Fam, getting the gist on how to run my numbers when it comes to FIX & FLIPS. Im wondering whats a great way to learn the cost of materials and labor AS WELL AS my finance cost when it comes to HML and total cash needed. Any great tricks to catch the trade is greatly apprecitated!

@Jamie Fankhauser Wooow, that’s definitely GREAT NEWS!! I had a close friend go through the same process. CONGRATS! 🎉

If you ever got any more questions, feel free to reach out for additional info. I’m located in the Atlanta area, where I have a lot of market expertise and would be glad to share knowledge.

@Jamie Fankhauser in my opinion it’s completely doable, I find it very intriguing and helpful because it got in to detail on the systems you should have in place as you move forward. Definitely helpful for a full time worker. However it does depend on your investment goals and exit strategy. What is it you are looking to do in the ATL and Charlotte markets?
