Greetings BP Fam, getting the gist on how to run my numbers when it comes to FIX & FLIPS. Im wondering whats a great way to learn the cost of materials and labor AS WELL AS my finance cost when it comes to HML and total cash needed. Any great tricks to catch the trade is greatly apprecitated!
