Any recent reviews from people working with Royal Legal Solutions? I am looking for help with entity structure, asset protection, and estate planning. I like their concept, but it feels a little salesy. Just wanted to see how it’s working for actual people out there. Thanks!

Hi all,

I am looking in that area as well. Can you tell me what the problems are with STRs in Naples?

Thanks!

I really liked the campaign as well. And I agree that the fees are worth it. Personally, I feel like I get more support from Airbnb and I prefer their platform versus vrbo. Plus with their fees being lower, I was thinking of removing my listing from vrbo, but suddenly I'm getting more bookings from there. Probably because of their recent advertising campaign. Hopefully Airbnb's campaign has the same effect.

Thanks for the input, everyone! Are you all managing these close to home? I'm hoping to do this in FL, but manage from MN. I have a great team of people down there for the SFH STR that I have going in the area, so I'm hoping to put that team in place on a building with more units. Sounds like it's a good idea based on your experiences, just hoping I can make it work long distance!

Has anyone purchased a multi-unit building (around 4-10 units) and done short term rentals in the whole thing? If so, how has it been for you? Any issues with multiple groups vacationing at the same time, sharing the pool, etc? Thanks for your input!
